Carrot Cake
Ingredientes
1 taza de aceite
1 taza de azúcar morena
3 tazas de zanahoria rallada
1 taza de nueces (opcional)
4 huevos
2 tazas de harina
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1/2 cucharadita de sal
Preparación:
Mezclar con batidora los huevos con el azúcar y la zanahoria. Incorporar la zanahoria, la harina, el polvo para hornear, la sal y nueces. Colocar en un molde engrasado y con azúcar en costados.
Cocinar en horno pre-calentado a 250°C por 45 a 60 minutos.
Para la cobertura mezclar queso crema con azúcar impalpable (iguales cantidades) y esencia de vainilla.

3 cups grated carrots
1 cup nuts (optional)
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar and carrots. Incorporate the carrot, flour, baking powder, salt and nuts. Place in a greased mold and add sugar in the sides.
Cook in a preheated oven at 250 ° C for 45 to 60 minutes.
To cover use cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar (equal amounts) and vanilla.
